In order to ensure the company's independent operation, strengthen its industry leadership, and maintain advanced technological achievements, all of Skytech's patented technologies are developed in-house, without relying on others for technical licensing to obtain key technologies.

The patent layout focuses on the manufacturing and sales locations of semiconductor equipment products, as well as regions where potential cross-border patent litigation disputes may arise. After assessing the cost and application strategy of patent rights, the main emphasis is on Taiwan, China, and the United States. Additionally, patents in each case are often simultaneously deployed in both Taiwan and China.
