A. Euipment and Wafer Monitoring System
- Skytech offers customized remote monitoring systems for equipment and wafer control in the semiconductor industry. These systems transmit critical process parameters from semiconductor machines, such as pressure, voltage, current, temperature, flow, and position, to a monitoring computer for analysis and statistical purposes. The results are then sent to the client's automation system, achieving real-time monitoring. This assists clients in keeping track of the equipment's health condition. B. Euipment Data Backup System
- Skytech's disk array product utilizes RAID-1 technology and is specifically designed as a storage solution for semiconductor wafer fabs. It replaces older SCSI/IDE or older SATA hard drives with latest SATA hard drives or SSDs. The design involves two hard drives for real-time data backup (SCSI RAID-1). If one of the hard drives failed, the other one continues to operate.
- This product offers hot-swappable hard drive replacement functionality, reducing machine downtime. It is widely used in over 95% of semiconductor equipment, including Foundry, Memory, TFT, Solar, Assembly, and Testing fabs.

C. Wafer Yield Optimize System
